New sixth form opens ahead of target

Cumbria’s newest education provider has exceeded its target for student recruitment in its first term of operation.

We are looking forward to re-opening fully to all students in September.

School may be out for summer but students whose plans have been affected by the coronavirus pandemic can still access help.

Join us this Wednesday (July 15) at 5pm to explore the opportunities at the new West Coast Sixth Form.

As part of our ongoing induction process I am happy to announce that we will be delivering online lessons during the week beginning 6 July.

A sixth form student has become the first from Workington Academy to be offered a place at prestigious Oxford University.

The deadline for applications for West Coast Sixth Form is Friday, 31 January.
