A sixth form student has become the first from Workington Academy to be offered a place at prestigious Oxford University.

The deadline for applications for West Coast Sixth Form is Friday, 31 January.

We look forward to welcoming potential students and their families to our first West Coast Sixth Form open evening on Wednesday, 15 January.

A new sixth form is being launched to offer an exciting array of options for West Cumbrian students.

Recently four of our top sixth form mathematicians took part in the regional Senior Team Maths Challenge in Carlisle.
